What’s your typical turnaround time for projects??
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity and scope of your project. For larger design projects like a website, timelines are agreed upon in your project proposal, but we’ll always keep you updated on progress and estimated completion dates. We aim to deliver high-quality work efficiently!.
How do I get a quote for my project?
Getting a custom quote is easy! Simply head over to our Contact page and fill out the contact form on our website. Please tell us as much detail as possible about your needs so we can give you the most accurate estimate. We’ll chat about your vision and provide a tailored proposal.
Who owns the copyright to the work you create?
For both photography and design, we retain the copyright to all original works created. Once you’ve made full payment, you’ll receive a license to use the final deliverables for their agreed-upon purpose (e.g., for your personal use, on your business website, or for marketing materials). We may also use the work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes, but we can discuss opt-out options if you prefer.

What We Offer
Our services cover a full spectrum of creative solutions, including web design, digital photography, and content management. We’ll work with you to build a professional, user-friendly website, capture high-quality images for your brand, and manage your online content to keep your audience engaged. All project details, including deliverables and costs, will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement or on your invoice, so you’ll know exactly what to expect from the start.
Payments – The Details
Here’s how we handle payments to keep things smooth:
- Quotes: Any quote we send your way is typically good for about 30 days. After that, prices might change, so it’s best to confirm quickly!
- Subscription Payments: All services are billed monthly on a flexible subscription basis. Your billing date and amount are clearly stated on your agreement and invoice. All prices are in GBP.
- Late Payments: No additional charges or interest will be applied to late payments. However, if a payment is overdue without a clear or agreed reason, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services until the account is brought up to date.. We’d rather not do that, so let’s keep things on time!
Changes & Cancellations
Life happens, and sometimes plans change. Here’s our policy:
- Need to Cancel? You may cancel your subscription at any time with notice. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
- If We Cancel: In the unlikely event that we need to suspend or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies or technical issues), we will make reasonable efforts to resume or reschedule services. If this is not possible, any unused portion of your current subscription period may be credited or refunded, as outlined in your agreement.
- Rescheduling & Service Changes: Requests to reschedule services or make significant changes are accommodated whenever possible and depend on availability. Short-notice requests may result in limited availability or adjustments to the scope of service for that billing period.
Who Owns the Awesome Stuff We Create? (Copyright & Usage)
This is a really important section, so let’s clarify:
- Our Work, Our Copyright: We, 10Signe, create original artistic and digital works. This means we keep the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the cool photos, designs, and digital magic we produce for you. This includes everything from raw files to the final edited versions.
- Your License to Use: Once you’ve paid us in full for our services, you’ll get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final images or designs. This means you can use them for what we agreed upon. Whether it’s for your personal use, business marketing, your website, or social media. Just remember, this license doesn’t mean you can sell them, significantly change them without our prior agreement, or claim you created them.
- How We Use Our Work: We absolutely love showing off the amazing projects we get to work on! So, you agree that we can use the content we create for you in our own promotional materials. This includes displaying it on our website, social media, in our portfolio, or even entering it into industry awards. If you’d rather we didn’t use your specific project for our promotions, simply let us know in writing before we start.
What We Need From You
To help us do our best work, we’ll need a little help from your side too. Please agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information we need to perform the services effectively.
- Cooperate with us promptly – good communication helps everything run smoothly!
- Clearly and promptly communicate any specific requirements, preferences, or concerns.
- Review and approve any proofs or drafts we send you within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Getting Your Files & Storage
Here’s how you’ll receive your awesome deliverables:
- When You’ll Get Them: Estimated delivery timelines will be provided based on the scope of services in your subscription.
- File Formats: Final files will be delivered in the agreed formats (e.g. JPEG, PNG, PDF). Raw files are not included unless agreed in advance.
- Storing Your Files: We’ll keep your final digital files safely stored for about 1 year from the delivery date. However, we highly recommend you download and back them up to your own storage immediately upon receipt. We can’t guarantee long-term storage beyond that 1 year period.
Keeping Things Fair (Our Liability)
We’re all about doing great work and providing excellent service. However, there are some limits to our liability:
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, 10Signe won’t be responsible for any indirect or significant damages. This includes things like lost profits, lost data, or damage to goodwill that might result from using or being unable to use our services.
- In any case, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services will never go beyond the total fees you actually paid us for the specific service involved in the claim.
- We also can’t be held responsible for any delays or failures in performing our services due to things completely beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or major utility outages.
Your Privacy Matters
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your use of our website and services is also governed by our detailed Privacy Policy. It explains exactly how we collect, use, and protect your data, so please take a moment to review it. By using our services, you’re agreeing to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
